New opportunities in 2025? ALL CITIZENS: MANKIND EDUCATIONAL PROJECT was presented in the framework of the "SCHOLAR Transilvania 2024 event"

The NOAH Family is now waiting for (and hoping)  the selection of the "MODEL (SMUN)"   application made by the ILARGIA league and some other partners following an idea held by M.Aydin. A new project whose potential coordinator is located in Germany (results given to this candidacy may be published in december: we cross fingers since the attemps to obtain funds for our NGO from the French N/A were all unfructuous in a recent past). If selected, MODEL should become a simplified partnership centered on citizenhip education and precisely on simulation of the United Nations sessions. The topic is not so far away of subjects the League wanted to work on in the framework of the former applications we did elaborate.


ACMÉ was the name of one of these virtual partnerships the French Agency did not select (arguing the operational capabilities of the NGO)  but the acronym is now used for a project carried out by the ILARGIA league in order to implement some remote transnational cooperative activities (thanks to eTwinning / as it was already done from 2024) but also, during the 2025-2026 period, time several mobilities for the NGO members and (thanks to the KA1 acreditation) for students and teachers of the schools who will enter in the pool of teams for coworkings focused on the theme of  RESISTANCE against oppression.


THE ORGANISATIONAL MAP


The plan is to study and compare History and memories of the relience and the struggles agasinst occupation, nazism, franquisme and/or the communist tototalitariasism. And to increase the synergy with the city of Saint Jean de Luz from the harbour a part of the Polish army was evacuated in  1940 : reason why it is important to involve people in Poland!  We wish on another hand stimulate the transfrontier interscolar exchanges (Orion organisation was an help for young volunteers to escape to Spain before joining the French troops in Africa during the second World War, but many refugees came earlier from Spain to France, after the civil war; we think the different territories of Basque Country can share their past experiences and measure common and differences). 
THE project's name is RESISTANCE but two sort of activities can be involved in : first,  studies centered on the Fight for Freedom and History; but also cooperative workshops devoted to resilience and action against the climate crisis consequences end all environmental issues.

QUINTESSENCE.RADIO inauguration, announcement of the ACMÉ cooperative action and celebration of the FORUM Noah at the end of the ERASMUS MOB IV event

A certificate was given on Wednesday the 17th to the students having taken part in the special week dedicated to European projects and to the promotion of the internationalization of learnings wich was implemented in Lycée Ravel (for the 4th year).

Les élèves de Première ayant contribué à alimenter le site de podcast destiné à devenir l'outil de diffusion privilégié du futur partenariat TOUS CITOYENS (ACMÉ) : toute la classe, impliquée dans le cadre du projet d'EMC et le groupe OIB - qui a effectué une partie des mobilités sortantes dans le cadre du partenariat eVe+ s'est vue décerner un diplôme symbolique marquant sa participation en tant qu'eTwinner dans le projet FORUM NOAH.

Quatre des six écoles censées rejoindre l'équipe ACMÉ sont déjà réunies dans le cadre de ce projet et nous invitons nos partenaires Tchèques et Polonais à s'y associer. 


Students of "Premières" who contributed to produce some contents for the podcast site called QUINTESSENCE.RADIO intended to become the preferred dissemination tool of the future ALL CITIZENS (ACMÉ) partnership: the whole class, as part of the EMC project - but some of the classmates  have completed some outgoing mobilityies as participants in the eVe+ partnership was awarded a symbolic diploma marking their participation as eTwinners in the FORUM NOAH project.

Four of the six schools supposed to join the ACMÉ team have already come together in the framework of this project and we invite our Czech and Polish partners to join in!

In the framework of the ERASMUS MOB event implemented in 2023 with the help of the ILARGIA LEAGUE, Ravel High School and partners, were already made :

on the 9th of May (Tuesday, Journée de l'Europe)

A school trip to Licq-Atherey to take part in the eVe+ QUINTESSENCE ERASMUS+ innovative partnership





on the 10th (Wednesday)

A Drawing workshops to take part in the Graphic Novels contest created to achieve the eVe+ project

and

A walk in Basque mountains with friends of the Eilert Sundt school (Norway) on the 9th of May in order to disseminate the mobility project held by EURO ANGLAIS section.



on the 11th (Thursday)

A videoconference with schools in Poland, Romania and Turkiyë in support of the E+ L.o.L. TERRE DE LÉGENDES cooperative partnership : Colegiul Economic Iulian Pop (Cluj-Napoca), Imam Hatip school (Antalya), Społeczne Liceum im. Polskich Noblistów w Kwidzynie.


on the 12th (Thursday)

A Sci-Fi movie and a debate at LE SELECT cinéma. To present to young people the end of World we are all wishing to avoid. The goal is to disseminate this activity and all the CINÉ-RENCONTRES cultural impacts and to support the festival named "L'être et le vivant" initiated by bookshop "le cinquième art".

EMPATHY AND ANIMALS PROTECTION IN THE NEXT ERASMUSMOB TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN OCTOBER, 2022

 WARNING!

Lycée Ravel is to organize in a couple of months the 3rd edition of a special activity ("la semaine de mobilisation en faveur de son ouverture internationale européenne" so called ERASMUSMOB event).

In the framework of this celebration, an exhibition will be done at the High School Library (CDI) by the French Pupils. This exibition's  name will be "Captain Sensible" and be dedicated to legendar and/or real samples of empathy between Human Beings and Animals.

In addition, partners ot the E+L.o.L. partnership visiting Saint Jean de Luz from the 10th to the 14th of october will take part in a boat tour to see dolphins in Cantabric Sea and will go to the cinema to see the sci-fi movie produced by E+A (Noah) teams. There will be also some videoconferences in wich we hope our former Erasmus+ partners will participe.


ERASMUS MOB I (made december, 2020 and presented as the C5 remote study travel) and ERASMUS MOB II (made in november, 2021 in the same time we were guest in the EUROSCOLA virtual session) reports are: in the NOAH transnational public portal.

Sequences will be put online both in our Twinspace (FORUM NATURE+CULTURE) and in the NBE+ Facebook group in order people would sens us some ideas or alternative texts to change what must be meliorated...
The coordination is shared beween Andreea, Pauline and the Project Holders. They will  have to fix the defininitive synopsis and the dialogues from Christmas to half January. The IC wil publish then the final file. Actors will have to learn the roles and staff to manage its business from January to March.

THE ARK complete narrative made by students (participants in C4 exchange)

Pupils involved in the study travel to Alcochete were supposed to imagine and write the missing scenes after the synopsis has been made last year and validated by teachers (in R4 meeting, in Romania). They have eventually decided to redo a complete synopsis (you can read it below) and have given a special task to do to Maria, from Cluj ; asking her to write the dialogues wich must be implemented in all the scenes.

It is possible that the dialogues will be published progressively in such a way as to allow all the partners to propose possible corrections and/or to keep in touch with both the writer and the expert during the production process.

Sequence 1 : introduction

we see images from now like it was in the past and we hear a Voiceover :
“In a future not far away, a big crises striked the world so hard that all the countries around the world united together in order to help eachother in this hard times. In a place that once has been called Europe, there is still good life for the richest people of the Earth while the poor people are struggling every day. Meanwhile there is a school that has a plan: building a spaceship in order to leave the planet in its fate, but there is one young woman called Sol9 which does not agree with humanity’s plan of salvation but she doesn’t know that yet.”

The Ark

Sequence 2 interior day , in the ark   

We are following sol9 and discovering her environment of work. 

(Describe the mood and feeling of the character and what the others are doing)

Sol 9 is entering the lab with a big smile on her face. She looks right and left intrigued, and stops her sight on Ova 7. Ova 7 is gently taking care of the animals in the cages. She smiles with compassion to them and pets their head. The dark cages contrast with the bright natural face of Ova. She shows a shy smile to Sol, then she returns to the animals. Sol ignores Ova’s smile.
The other people are minding their job working on the space project and don’t care about her entrance. Flo 9 is explains his plan at a board, 2  people pay attention. He is very confident and persuasive, drawing sketches on the board with a marker.
 he doesn’t look at Sol. But she is listening to him with attention.
Flo notices Sol with surprise and hurries to get to her.


Sequence 3- exterior - day - simulated beach (an artificial lab to be brought as a freight in the ark)

Sol and Flo are walking on the beach together. Flo is enthusiastic about his plan of exploring exoplanets. He is gesticulating freely and has very expensive and deep eyes. 
Sol is watching him interesting but it’s not convinced. She doesn’t agree with his point and tries to interrupt him several times, but he is too loud and grabs her shoulders and she gives up her initiative. 
After a moment, Sol erupts like crazy and points out very convincing that they should not leave earth. Her eyes are angry and her body is tensioned.
Flo looks at her with superiority and thinks she jokes. 
Sol tells him she doubts about going with him.
Flo gets angry and confused. They start throwing pebbles in the water as they argue. Flo is leaving the scene unexpectedly.
Sol meditates for 30 seconds, throws another pebble in the water then opens the door.


Sequence 4- interior day the ark

Sol has a very angry mood after the fight with Flo and comes to see Ova. At first she doubts she should talk with her, then she frankly goes directly to her and speaks about the  fight. 
Ova pays a lot of attention to her and comforts her with kindly looking into her eyes.
Sol sees the animals and the cages. She maintains a long look at them mesmerised. She is sorry for them.
Ova intuits what sol needs and encourages Sol to take a walk in the forest alone.



Sequence 5 - forest

Sol feels like home in the forest. Her feels sharpen. She closes her eyes and listens to the nature. She surprisingly hears a human voice asking for help.
She runs to help the animal. Sol is confused when she sees an animal instead of a human. 
She feels someone in the woods is watching her and frightens ( the family of the animal).
She makes a strong eye contact with the animal she found. Suddenly , she hears all the voices of the animals, understand them and goes crazy dizzy. 
She faints.



Elapse
Ova comes to take care of her. Ova is concerned but happy Sol discovered her gift.

Sequence 6: exterior night

Flo is proudly walking the stairs into the ship. He seems really brave and excited. His eyes are looking into the gathering of people that came to see the launch. Flo starts desperately to search Sol’s eyes. He finds Ova’s eyes at first, gives a little harsh smile, then she founds Sol’s eyes. They connect and share a bound. They smile for 30 sec than suddenly and simultaneously turn their head to the ground and their faces show no expression.
Flo enters de spaceship determined and a little irritated. Sol follows his steps until the doors close.
Ova and Sol share a hand grab and watch the launch with sadness.


Sequence 7: exterior day

After some time, in the morning, a lot of people gather together to rescue and revitalise the Earth.
Ova and Sol are smiling and coordinating the people. 
They plant trees, they collect garbage etc.

SADNESS : THE ORIGINAL SCENARIO FOR "THE ARK" MOVIE



R4 meeting in Romania is about the movie making and must choose a scenario since pupils are supposed to write missing scenes from now to C4 study travel to Alcochete (in november).

The teachers do like especially the 7th project, for two reasons:
- it shows it is important to save the planet because we have no other home to live
- animals and human beings have a strong relationship in the film and animals feelings are important to take a decision




SADNESS (fr07)

Summary of the first scene:

Two characters (a young male recently patentee, FLO1, and a female student, SOL9) embody two differing opinions on the mission assigned by the European Union to the Space Academy. They are joined during their discussion by MI5 and VAN8, two future technicians on the spacecraft "L'Arche".
The boys are trying to seize the ship after takeoff, because they believe that an exoplanet is a target too far away and that it is better to stay in the solar system Sol9 think for its part that it is still possible to save the Earth, and would like to dedicate all the means of the mission.
The scenario :

Sol9 is found a few months later, as preparations for take-off are underway and the three boys are busy maintaining and preparing the engines.

Meanwhile, Sol9 faces Ova7, the head of veterinary services. Both young women are supposed to have both telepathic gifts and to be able to communicate with living beings. But Sol9 feels none of the effects implied by the talent attributed to him. She hates Ova7, whom she suspects of lying and wants to draw attention to herself by simulating a gift, that also justifies her rank as a superior space officer. But the course of the dispute changes when Ova confesses that she is also hostile to the mission. During the discussion, Sol9 begins to experience the telepathic sensations she doubted existed.

Shaken, Sol9 tries to use his abilities and ends up hearing the thoughts of a dog. She then realizes the great sadness of animals, none of which wants to leave the Earth ...

E+A C2 REPORTING

TO THE COORDINATORS: SOME TASKS TO DO WAITING FOR C3 IN DOBRICH



Three important things must be implemented before March to respect the deadlines, due to the important Progress activity Report to be addressed to the Commission: the Project Manager has to write the global report before the 1st of March. So the French driver -acting as the IC - need your datas before the end of february, even if some of you will have perhaps a little more time to do their own local reporting tasks for their national agency.

Les porteurs de projet doivent s'efforcer d'atteindre trois objectifs importants avant la fin de l'hiver dans la mesure où le chef de projet doit remettre  un rapport global sur la qualité des activités menées dans les trois pays, en tant que coordinateur international du partenariat. Ce rapport intermédiaire sera en effet remis en France le 1er mars et c'est donc avant cela que toutes les données devront avoir été collectées  (même si une date-butoir plus lointaine peut avoir été assignée par ailleurs aux coordinateurs nationaux par les différentes agences Erasmus+ pour ce qui concerne leurs propres remontées)

1°/ Students bulk productions must be uploaded in our Twinspace 
(FORUM NATURE+ CULTURE) 
This action has been planned in C1(France) and was confirmed in R2 (Bulgaria). So, people must use the MATERIALS section and put things online in the dedicated folder (one for each participant school).
We are waiting for pics, movies (rushes) or presentations. Il you have published these sort of contents in your local website, you can insert a link to your site.
NOTE: Videos must be first edited in your Youtube channel (or the students' ones) and only teachers can insert a video link as eTwinners. Slides or pics must be first uploaded to a cloud and then shared in the Twinspace (to avoid all the problems to compress files).

N'oubliez pas que toutes les productions "en vrac" et notamment les videos non montées (rushes) sont censées être à disposition dans notre Twinspace : chaque pays y dispose d'un dossier spécial dans la rubrique CONTENUS/MATERIALS.




2°/ Best local productions can be valorized using CARTE BLANCHE section in our public portal
E+A (NOAH) and a direct way to perform it is to use the special ID and the password given to your school.
Please you to upload some "light" pics in the special Carte blanche folder in order to publish suitable posts. If you want to disseminate your best practises in NOAH, think you must to insert in your post some links to your personnal cloud or to  a youtube channel to show your best videos or some powerpoints you have made. Do not forget to warn the webmaster if you want your post to be seen by people since you need a moderator to valid your uploads.

Merci de valoriser vos meilleures productions locales en les partageant dans la rubrique CARTE BLANCHE du site NOAH plutôt que dans ce blog réservé prioritairement aux échanges entre les professeurs pilotant le projet.




3° / The Quality Control has to measure if the activities we are carrying out are the ones we planned and if results are good enough, so our Follow up process must to be well implemented before 2019 will begin.

Tous ces points seront repris dans la prochaine note de coordination internationale jointe aux questionnaires de satisfaction concernant R2 et C2, avec d'autres concernant le film de fiction à réaliser l'année scolaire prochain et quelques considérations concernant notre communication numérique interne, laquelle n'est pas suffisamment performante pour l'instant. Il est clair que faute de disposer d'un groupe what's app commun à tous les porteurs de projet il faudrait au moins que tous les professeurs portant le partenariat et/ou impliqués dans des échanges ou rencontres  soient présents dans le groupe fermé Facebook e+a  et utilisent "messenger", faute de quoi se mettre d'accord pour décider des heures et modalités de repas ou adapter l'agenda en cours de mobilité est très compliqué




All these points will be included in the next international coordination note (attached to the satisfaction surveys concerning R2 and C2) with others notes concerning the fiction film to be produced in the next school year and some considerations about the bad level of our internal virtual communication. Having not a What's app group common to all the project holders, we need at least all the teachers (as also the most possible of the pupils) to be involved in the closed group facebook e + a to be able to use "messenger" apply, in order to share contents easily or to adapt the progamme during a mobility. 

Mersi mult to Colegiul Economic Iulian Pop and Mrs Headmistress Stanca Vescan for the second short term exchange they have organized for us. Good classrooms inclusions and cooperating activities, amazing visits....

E+A C01 REPORT WAS DONE

People can find the schedule time table of the mobility and several pics in the International Coordinator's website.
This short term exchange was done in order to make our Romanian partner  use the funds the Colegiul Economic "Iulian pop" was supposed to spend to go to Germany (but C1 was eventually in Cluj !).

A movie has been produced as an output and it will be edited online very soon (on Noah spot).
