Bonjour à tous  ! 

Certains d'entre vous s'inquiètent de savoir de quelle somme d'argent ils vont disposer dans le cadre du partenariat. A ce stade, vous devez encore attendre, bien sûr, de recevoir le contrat entre votre école et l'agence nationale pour disposer de chiffres sûrs. Néanmoins, puisque l'agence française n'annonce aucune  révision concernant les fonds donnés au lycée Ravel, il n'y  a pas de raison pour que vous ne touchiez pas la totalité de la subvention demandée. Pour rappel, et compte tenu que certains ont du mal à lire le document de candidature, qui est sous un format pdf spécial,  j'ai fait une copie de la page récapitulant le budget et vous l'envoie. Dans le tableau, on voit la somme demandée au titre des mobilités (page 55 du formulaire). Par exemple, pour la France : un peu plus de 24 000 euros. Il faut ajouter vos frais de gestion pour connaître votre enveloppe globale (500€ par mois pour la France, 250 pour les autres).

On arrive à 24 580 + 18 000 donc 42 580 pour la France et par exemple 24 955 + 9000 donc 34 000 pour la Bulgarie, 24 105 + 9000 pour la Roumanie, etc.

PS Je vous contacterai à la rentrée pour confirmer la date du premier séminaire, prévu en décembre. Nous aurons, lors de ce meeting, à traiter notamment de la question des mobilités concernant les élèves, très limitées en principe en quantité, mais que nous chercherons dans la pratique à accroître.

Nevertheless, since the French agency does not announce any revision concerning the funds donated to Lycée Ravel I believe  you should receive the full amount of the grant requested. As a reminder, and given that some of you may have troubles reading the applicant form, which is in a special pdf format, I ve made a copy of the  the budget for you. In the table, you can see the amount requested for all mobilities (page 55 of the form). For example, for France: just over 24,000 euros must be given by Europe. You have to add your management fees to know your total grants (500 € per month for France, 250 for others). Thus, it reaches 24,580 + 18,000, ie 42,580 for France / :24,955 + 9,000, ie 34,000 for Bulgaria  24,105 + 9,000 for Romania, and so on....

Vous trouverez en ligne, sur le site du coordinateur :

le texte de notre projet (au format bilingue) que je vous ai déjà envoyé par courrier électronique, et le calendrier des mobilités prévues (à l'adresse rappelée ci-dessous).

Je vous rappelle que nous aurons à proposer à nos élèves trois sorties de terrain : locale, de proximité puis régionale, au fur et à mesure de l'avancement de l'année... (une par trimestre). 

Nous vous proposons de réfléchir aux animaux emblématiques de notre pays ou de la région, qu'il s'agisse de la faune sauvage locale ou d'animaux d'élevage voire de bêtes légendaires et/ou associées à des mythes et traditions culturelles propres, puisque le premier meeting, en décembre, pourrait être l'occasion de choisir un logo fondé sur la sélection de cinq animaux : un par école.

(la réalisation concrète du graphisme serait sans doute laissée aux élèves).

Le diagramme de Gantt présent sur le site prévoit un certain nombre de tâches et un calendrier contraignant mais il s'agit surtout d'un affichage destiné à se conformer aux exigences de présentation de la candidature : ce qui veut dire que les dates-butoirs (deadlines) pourront être aménagées si nécessaire, compte tenu des contraintes pratiques.

Hi everybody. You will find on-line, on the coordinator's website: the text of our project (in bilingual format) that I have already sent you by e-mail, and the schedule of the mobilities planned (at the address given below). I remind you that we will have to offer our students three field trips: local, proximity then regional, as the year advances ... (one per quarter). We suggest you to think about the emblematic animals of our country or the region, whether it is the local wildlife or livestock or even legendary beasts and / or associated with myths and cultural traditions, since the first meeting, in December, could be the occasion to choose a logo based on the selection of five animals: one per school. (the realization of the graphic design would no doubt be left to the pupils). The Gantt chart on the website contains a number of tasks and a binding timetable, but it is mostly a display intended to comply with the requirements for submitting the application. This means that deadlines can be set up if necessary, taking into account practical constraints. Thank you for informing us as soon as you have signed your agreements with your national agencies.

A propos de R1 :

Les dates retenues 13, 14 et 15 décembre 2017.

Merci de préciser par retour de courriel le nom des participants et leur genre (en principe, 3 personnes par école).

L'hébergement se fera, à votre choix, à Ciboure (à 300 m du Lycée et du centre-ville de Saint-Jean-de-Luz) dans l'hôtel IBIS ou IBIS BUDGET. Dans ce dernier cas, le prix devrait être de 55€/nuit/chambre environ. Vous nous direz combien de chambres vous voulez réserver (on peut dormir seul, à deux voire à trois dans une même chambre).

Nous avons commencé à préparer un emploi du temps comprenons des ateliers au Lycée et quelques excursions, notamment à San Sebastian et dans la partie d'Espagne toute proche.

Le petit déjeuner devrait être offert par le Lycée.

Veuillez nous adresser dès à présent le tableau 1 dûment complété et dès que possible  les informations manquant dans le tableau 2.

Some of the outside workshops may do not exist in fact, if we overcome all the problems by no formal talks or have time enough to study the issue during Workshops located in our High School.

Hello everybody.

You'll find in attchement the short list of "happy few participants" to our first mobility. If you notice any error among the informations, I wish you to warn me as soon as possible !

Program is still on line : we'll try to have brain stormings about big issues on wednesday to be more free after that and let to everybody to take decision before the end os the meeting !

Reminder : IBIS will ask you to pay 58€/day/room and will give you a breakfast.

DO NOT FORGET WE WANT YOU TO COME TO FRANCE WITH 2 ANIMALS FOR YOUR SCHOOL. WE'LL DO A SELECTION OF ONE ANIMAL /COUNTRY IN ORDER TO MAKE A COMMON COAT OF ARMS WITH 5 SCHOOL EMBLEMS. If it's possible give me now the animals you'd like to use as your proper national emblem (in France : pottok - a special local typical little horse and lamina - a mythic crerature, in Romania bear and... ? and so don)

You'll have no fee to pay for the shuttle from or to your airport (since we ll pick you up with our own cars). Nor for transportation during minitrips on Thursday and Friday, since Jean-Luc and I will drive two vans to move all around St-Jean-de-Luz.

We did plan to visit the Aquarium in San Sebastian (13€ / 1 adult).

Déjeuners. We'll take a lunch together on Wednesday in Saint-Jean-de-Luz and you ll choose yourself to take a big meal or only a hamburger or a salad, as you want. We are supposed to be together at noon on Thursday (in San Sebastian) and Friday (Biarritz) : you must know french and spanish restaurants could seem you to be expensive (usually 15/20 € for a simple menu).

We'll see every day if you want to make a common dinner on the evening or if you prefer to be free (and quiet).

Hello everybody

1°) You'll find an abstract of our R1 workshops on the French coordinator’s website (under construction: http://nbeplus.franceserv.eu/). Please you to consult these pages and tell us if you find mistakes or if it seems to you some misunderstandings may exist…

2°) In a couple of week a public report with pictures and all details about the “Coat of arms’ contest” will be put on line (on our common public website: http://erasmusplusanimals.franceserv.eu/index.php/accueil). So, we need as soon as possible your feedback in order to publish real and good news ! please you to see the table below about our partnership’s emblema.

3°) Teachers from Gesamtschule Eifel did a plan for C1. Thanks to read it and to send required informations both to Tanja Tschernöster and me.

ORGANISATION DU CONCOURS DE DESSIN, REGLES ET DELAIS Il s’agit de proposer aux élèves de nos lycées d’interpréter librement le projet adopté ensemble lors du séminaire de lancement tenu ce mois à Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Merci de bien vouloir vérifier que les consignes et les dates limites proposées, ainsi que les modalités de sélection, vous conviennent. Un retour de votre part est souhaitable avant le 8 janvier 2018 de manière à diffuser l’information auprès de la communauté scolaire assez rapidement. 1 Le concours s’adresse à tous les élèves scolarisés dans les cinq écoles du projet et non pas seulement aux élèves du groupe-cible - 2 Le travail consiste à proposer un dessin librement inspiré du projet de blason reproduit page 2 : conservant impérativement les textes « erasmusplus animals » et « Noah » ainsi que les cinq animaux emblématiques choisis par les professeurs pour leur école - 3 L’ordre des animaux doit être logique (dans notre pré-projet il s’agit de l’ordre alphabétique) - 4 La charte graphique doit s’inspirer du blason du Pays Basque, qui nous a servi de modèle, ou rappeler à défaut les couleurs des cinq drapeaux nationaux et/ou de l’Union Européenne – 5 Le dessin peut être réalisé grâce à des outils numériques ou bien être peint ou colorié, faire l’objet de collages, au gré du dessinateur - 6 Le format du blason proposé ne doit pas excéder le format d’une feuille A4 (21 x 29,7 cm) - 7 Tous les dessins proposés au vote des élèves seront remis au professeur relai de l’école avant le 10 février – 8 Ledit professeur enverra les dessins (numérisés) au coordinateur international avant le 19 février – 9 Les dessins seront mis en ligne et présentés de manière anonyme (sans mention de l’auteur ni de l’école) avant la fin du mois de février – 10 Les votes seront recueillis par une boîte mail spéciale du 1er mars au 1er avril – 11 Le droite de vote sera réservé dans chaque école à un contingent de 200 élèves environ (pour la France, la génération entrant au Lycée et se trouvant en classe de Seconde) – 12 Le résultat définitif du concours sera proclamé le 8 avril après examen par les professeurs relais des dessins retenus par les votants : un seul blason sera utilisé par l’ensemble des partenaires

ORGANIZATION OF THE DRAWINGS CONTEST , RULES AND DELAYS We want our students to interpret freely the project we have adopted together during the” kick off meeting” held this month in France. Please check that the instructions and the proposed deadlines, as well as the selection methods, are suitable for you. Dear partners,

 

I hope everybody has got a save trip back. We really appreciated meeting you all and we are looking forward realizing this project all together. Special thanks to the french group, who did a great job to prepare the meeting and organize everything.

 

I've checked accodomation for you in May 2018 and I would like to book the accodomations as soon as possible.

 

For your arrival on the 3rd May I can offer you to stay in Cologne for one night in  A&O Hostel Neumarkt, Mauritiuswall 64, 50676 Köln. It's a hostel that is in the inner city of Cologne, so we could visit Cologne on the 4th May before leaving to Blankenheim.

Airports near by are: Cologne, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt. By train you can easily reach Cologne from each airport.

 

The hostel has got single rooms for the teachers for 68,40 Euro per person including breakfast, double rooms for 39,60 Euro per person including breakfast and for the students they offer 4 bed rooms with a shower and toilet for 33,30 Euro per student.

 

in Blankenheim you will be hosted in the JUGENDHERBERGE BLANKENHEIM from the 4th to the 7th May, which is a really nice place to be, because it's the old castle of Blankenheim on the top of a hill.  They offer students rooms for 29,40 Euro per student meals included and double rooms for 39,90 Euro for the teachers meals included.

 

From the 7th May until the 9th May we will be in KA13 Gästehaus at IP Vogelsang in the national park. There teachers will be hosted in double rooms for 35,00 Euro per person and the students will be in 4 bed rooms for 25,00 Euro per student. Breakfast is available for 8,00 Euro. We can also book lunch there.

 

Please check prices and tell me the number of teachers and students you would like to come to Germany until the 29.12.2017. The reservations are only avaible for one week.  Later on we can always change rooms and order meals in the hostels we are.
