C 11 PURPOSES: Quality Control and implementation of a TCA
Hello my dear colleagues. Thanks for your help!
Please you first to complete the Second Survey Questionnaire in order to implement our Check Point 4 (as determined in our Follow Up process) after the mobilities done in Dobrich and Cluj-Napoca.
Remember you must give some informations about the project's impacts in your school for me to report about in the file I have to give to the French National Agency before the 1st of March. It's very important for all of us to obtain more funds for the partnership's management (and all the promised grants to be paid). Some of you already did it for the first Survey Period (were 15 tasks can be implemented -or less- in each school according to the applicant form) and we are now waiting only from them for new details about more recent activities (from nbr 16. to nbr 25.) if their school was involved in these activities. Concerning other project holders who may be late, we hope to obtain the informations as soon as possible.
TAKE CARE : DEADLINE IS THE 14TH OF FEBRUARY BECAUSE I NEED MY HEADMASTER TO SIGN THE REPORT AND WE HAVE LITTLE HOLODAYS IN FRANCE FROM THE 15TH!
Movie Making process (for our common Sci-Fi film) was not presented in the Gantt chart but it seems necessary to adopt now a schedule timetable to make it efficient. You can find a draft in NOAH spot (clicking on THE ARK tab). Thanks to tell us if something is wrong in your opinion. We'd like especially to implement a transnational cooperative activity from now to april in order to organize a student jury in Dobrich (C4 exchange from the 13rd to the 17th of May, 2019). So the C3 mobility purposes are no more « three things « to do but four !
My next note (probably next week) will be about the compositions of national crews involved in the travel to Bulgaria in May (probably 2 teachers, 6 pupils and one movie maker from France) and will update you on your answers.

Je vous remercie vivement de bien vouloir remplir le questionnaire «de satisfaction» n°2 destiné aux porteurs de projet, ceci afin de mettre effectivement en œuvre le point de contrôle CP4 (comme programmé dans le cadre de notre processus de "suivi") après les déplacements effectués à Dobrich et Cluj-Napoca à propos desquels je n'ai pas encore recueilli vos impressions.
Je me permets par ailleurs de vous rappeler que j'attends de votre part des informations sur les effets du projet dans votre école (nature des tâches réalisées et résultats) pour que je puisse en rendre compte à l'Agence nationale française, à laquelle je dois adresser un document officiel avant le 1er mars. Il s'agit de transmettre un rapport intermédiaire bien documenté afin d'obtenir des fonds supplémentaires pour la gestion du partenariat (et donc, le paiement de l'intégralité des subventions promises). Certains d'entre vous m'ont déjà transmis ces informations pour ce qui concernait la première période d'enquête, soit l'année scolaire dernière, où 15 tâches au plus pouvaient avoir été mises en oeuvre dans chaque école selon le formulaire de candidature. Dans ce cas de figure, nous n'attendons plus de votre part que de nouveaux détails concernant vos activités les plus récentes (tâches numérotées de 16 à 25) dans la mesure où elles ont été effectivement implantées. Si vous avez pris quelque retard dans la remontée de vos informations, nous espérons les obtenir le plus rapidement possible. ATTENTION : LA DATE LIMITE DE RECEPTION EST LE 14 FEVRIER car le Chef d'établissement français doit signer le rapport avant son envoi, et le Lycée Maurice Ravel sera fermé pour de courtes vacances à compter du 15 février.
En ce qui concerne le processus de fabrication du film de science-fiction que nous tournerons ensemble en année 3 (Voyage d'étude C4 en France) et dans la mesure où aucune chronologie précise n'était insérée à l'origine concernant cette activité dans notre diagramme de Gantt, il semble pertinent d'adopter dans un souci d'efficacité un calendrier opérationnel précis. Veuillez consulter à cet égard notre proposition (insérée dans la rubrique THE ARK de notre Website public NOAH) et nous dire si vous l'approuvez, mais encore si les consignes que nous voudrions passer aux élèves pour lancer un grand concours transnational en vue de faire choisir par un jury d'élève lors de C3 la meilleure entame de film vous agréent. Dès lors l'échange organisé à Dobrich aurait quatre objectifs et non trois comme annoncé au départ.
