1 - SCHEDULE TIMETABLE
Please note these dates, definitively fixed by participants of R3 seminar:
R4 TRANSNATIONAL MEETING IN CLUJ-NAPOCA
from the 7th to the 9th of October, 2019 (Working Days)
3 teachers from each country according to the plan (check it and give a warning about changes to Ramona, if it is necessary)
C4 SHORT-TERM EXCHANGE (4th study travel to Portugal)
from the 5th to the 9th of November, 2019 (Working Days)
Probably 2 teachers and 6 pupils from France
OTHER EVENTS TO BE FIXED ASAP (working days):
C5 IN ST JEAN DE LUZ (Movie Shooting) from the 24th to the 28th of March, 2020 (our movie expert must confirm) and R5 IN ALCOCHETE (Dissemination and sustainbility) from the 12th to the 14th of May, 2019 (our new headmaster may wish to delay it ?)

– MOVIE MAKING AGENDA
THE STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO DO A DEVELOPMENT AS SOON AS THEY COME BACK TO SCHOOL.
It is important to show them : the 2 things they have to do from september to the end of 2019. The first task must be implemented before R4 (a synopsis) then the second one before C4 (context and treatment). Five ideas must also be produced by each partnerschool and put in debate for R4 meeting. 3 – OTHER INFORMATIONS
Two different interim reports were made in Saint Jean de Luz (in February, 2019 then in July) and sent to the Erasmus+ French Agency. Contents are available online and may be seen as an only-one progress report about or the « first E+A pedagogic round » (Years 1 and 2). Download it from CP5 page in Notre Bureau Européen. C3 (Dobrich) and R3 reports : in NOTRE BUREAU EUROPEEN / outlooks also in NOAH spot.

WATER.WORDS eTwinning is beginning and you can be « in » if you want. I'll give you more details in Cluj about the European Development Plan for our school (2 Erasmus+ strategic partnerships may be implemented, from 2020 then from 2021, and some of you are perhaps interested in).
Instructions for the transational writing of the film were given in our last note
Pupils have to do in september (before R4) some drafts for a synopsis. Teachers will choose the best one or will do a mix and students will imagine, from this point, the context and the treatment. They will have to valid its in C4 and to write together the scenes to put in the movie.
Do not forget to find five ideas (about make up, music and so on) to put in debate for R4 meeting.

Please you to give me your texts or to upload its by yourself in the FORUM N+C Twinspace as soon as you will obtain the synopsises (only one by school or as many drafts your students want to present).
3 – OTHER INFORMATIONS ABOUT R4 ISSUES
We'll have to make a workshop in Cluj-Napoca to choose the synopsis, and another one to begin to plan the movie making (perhaps in, fact, the 2 things can be done in the same time to give us more free time, but it is up to Colegiul Pop to organize and I am sure Ramona and Monica will be very efficient, as usual)
It will be important, too, to make a brainstorming about the Follow Up. Please you to see the files in attachement.

1 – PLANNING REMINDER
Please note the schedule timetable was fixed for the two remaining mobilities and warn us if there's a big problem about it ! Because we are no more supposed to change it.

R5 IN ALCOCHETE (Dissemination and sustainbility) from the 12th to the 14th of May, 2020 (travel day 05/11 and 15)
2 – QUALITY CONTROL AGENDA
I - Do not forget to fill as soon as possible the Survey put on line after the last study travel in order to follow the achievement of our objectives (C4 goals were fully targeted and it was checked up and disseminated in our NBE+ Bureau's pages (relevance grid model was presented by the IC at R2 meeting).
II – You are supposed to fill (the local coordinator, in the partner school) the audit tables given to you to follow up the local implementation of the E+A project. I

– After R3 seminar it was said that the E+A transnational
coordinators dedicated to a special type of tasks are:
BULGARIA
/ Biology-Agriculture-Food
FRANCE
/ Ethics-Law-Philosophy
PORTUGAL
/ History and Geography
ROMANIA
/ Literature
It means you will have to report something about these learning activities before the final report.
IV – Filming must be a sustainable project and our students will have to supervize and follow the conformity of the works they will have to manage. As it was previously said every country will habe a special rôle in the job.

3 – YOUTH PASS
As it was also written in our applicant form and because of a derogation given by the EU, our students involved in study travels would earn a YP. As this sort of certification is supposed to valid personal skills increasement and social integration more than scholars results we believe the French pupils will have to think about it before the C5 exchange in order to make all the participants able to evaluate how the European partnership was useful for the personal development of all the young people taking parts to travels and/or exchanges. The best solution is probably to make in the same time a certificate for all the E+A mobilities beneficiaries from 2017 to 2020.
3 – SEVEN SEQUENCES STILL TO BE WRITTEN
After the students had choosen to adapt the synopsis to produce a new narrative you can download from NBE+ website (QC6 page) and/or read from our E+A (noah) project holders'blog Andreea is in charge to coordinate the writings. Each time a draft for a sequence wil be finished you will find it online !
