IC 9 PURPOSES: NEXT MOBILITIES - SEMINAR R2 AND SHORT TERM EXCHANGE C2

Dear Friends
As you know, we have to organize two big mobilities before Christmas. This note is just to remind all of the project holders the aims we wanted to reach planning the implementation of these meetings in our applicant form.
R2 Meeting Agenda:
1 - Follow up: First year deadlines checking.
The IC has made an AUDIT TABLE for the project holders in order them to check list the works, studies and productions made at home from September, 2017 to June, 2018. Please you to download this survey and to fill it.

Leaders in Dobrich will have to compare what was concretely done during first scholar year with the partnership's initial goals and will complete the definitive national answers. We'll have to find together solutions if we have failed to target a part of our initials targets (PR to do in March).
2 – Debates on movies to do in study travels C2 and C3
A brain storming about the ways to make peer to peer works become more easy and talks about the formulation of instructions given by the teachers will be implemented too.

C2 Short term exchange Agenda:
It will be implemented in Cluj-Napoca from the 5th to the 9th of november,2018 and you can find the pedagogic goals and tasks to do according our initial plan on:

Thanks to Cluj-Napoca team to redo a meeting in Romania after C1 experience.
Merci aux équipes de Dobrich et Cluj-Napoca pour l'organisation des futures mobilités R2 et C2. Les porteurs de projet sont priés de remplir au plus tôt, avec l'aide des équipes locales, le questionnaire préparé par le Coordinateur International - lequel sera vérifié et complélé définitivement lors du séminaire en Bulgarie, afin d'assurer le Contrôle Qualité du partenariat. On tâchera de définir également lors de cette rencontre les modalités concrètes du travail transnatinal attendu lors des prochains voyages d'étude C2 et C3 et la formulation des consignes données aux élèves fera l'objet d'une réflexion.
AGENDA
rappel : Les élèves arriveront à Cluj-Napoca avec une vidéo (ou une présentation) montrant des jeux et/ou des pratiques cruelles à l'égard des animaux, ayant existé ou existant toujours dans la région d'implantation de leur lycée
reminder : Pupils involved in C3 mobility will have to comment in Cluj a movie or a slides show made by their school about cruel behaviors against animals.

IC 10 PURPOSES: SEMINAR R2 PROGRAMME AND AUDIT TABLES TO PREPARE
Hello my dear colleagues.
You know I need to have your check list of implemented activities before Saturday, in order to print all the informations before leaving France to go to Dobrich.
You can fill as well a paper form, or make it online using the link:
If you have no time enough, do not worry but come please with al the datas we need and we'll do the completion together during one of the planned workshops.
Reminder : we were supposed to have 2 main issues : FOLLOW UP (Quality Control) and VIDEO AND COWORKING TACTICS (about the students reporting phases we want to implement in C2 and C3 study travels)
Another point could be our ITC strategy. There's a problem with our Twinspace since we are supposed to use it like a big storage and put on line all the rushes we are making. But only a few people started to do.

Last but not least we can see how to increase the possibilities for students to meet each other online and to cooperate. It seems our closed Facebook group is not very atractive - other networks are more popular by now and students do not dare to speak online with pupils they never met before ! We have no grants to make big groups to travel so we must have immagination to stimulate the virtual meetings. As a beginningI d like students to use our E+A (Noah) spot to create personal relationships and that is the reason why a "carte blanche" section was open.
Then we can also speak about the movie we are to do next year. French team will recruit a movie maker to help us and we'll see this people as soon as possible (January, 2020). You see it's easy to find 5 themes (for the 5 workshops implemented in Hristo Agenda)
